Offer packs of cards for sale featuring drawings by children in your school. You can run a competition (with a nominal entry fee) to make extra money or offer each parent a pack of cards featuring artwork only by their own child, or their child’s class.
Add a personal touch to the card with the child’s handwritten signature or a small message printed on the back of the card. Alternatively leaving blank space for the child to add artwork and decorations creates a fun activity over holiday periods. Keep the cards for all year round as ideal use for thank you notes, birthday or Christmas cards.
You can also offer quality cards and gift wrap as a fundraiser. These are very popular with parents all year round.
